I am Jahnavi Dhruv, the Center Head at Ren Montessori, and it is my privilege to welcome you to our Montessori family. As an educator, I believe that every child is born with immense potential, and with the right guidance, they blossom into confident, compassionate individuals. With more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, my mission is to create a warm, joyful, and enriching space where children are encouraged to explore, question, and grow at their own pace. At Ren Montessori, we embrace the Montessori philosophy to nurture independence, creativity and a lifelong love for learning.

Since the beginning of my 27 years of work experience, I have been extremely passionate and driven about teaching. My goal is to pass on my skills, talent and capabilities to my students, by engaging them in activities that bring out the best in them.

I am proud to be a part of Ren Montessori, a school that truly values the close bond between teachers and students. At Ren Montessori, educators guide students in learning how to manage themselves and take responsibility within the classroom environment. The Montessori approach also nurtures essential life skills such as concentration, independence, cooperation, and self-improvement. Through this supportive and holistic method, teachers at Ren Montessori lay a strong foundation that empowers students to grow into independent, creative, and responsible individuals.

I am passionate about teaching and learning, and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. My enthusiasm is contagious, inspiring my students to develop a love for learning. I foster a positive and supportive learning environment, encouraging my students to ask questions, explore their interests, and take risks.

Ren montessori school is pure for its method, structure and positive vibes which has attracted me. I joined it as I understand the importance of montessori environment. Children become confident,independent and smart by being in this environment.
